Hi to all, hope that you all are enjoying the New Mayan Calendar and the energy that it brings.
Through the Yoga classes we all feel this amazing shift, which show us who we really are, through the
Breathe, together we all are working hard to reach this state of Peace and Stillness in the mind, which brings us to contact with oneself and others.
I am so very blessed to be able to teach Yoga at the Heart of Earth Cafe', the venue is so very beautiful and
peaceful.
Well owners are just wonderful, loving locals, they also love there Yoga.
The key to our Happiness, well you need to come and see for your self.
It up to you to take control again.
I have found this amazing gift, through Yoga, I hope that others can find there direction,this is my Goal....
We shall be starting another Yoga class very soon so I shall update you all soon,
Take care, the first to growing is to be honest with yourself.
